CBA Track & Field continued two impressive streaks over the past few weeks.

The Colts won a 12th straight Shore Conference Championship on January 26, just one week after winning a 13th consecutive Monmouth County Championship.

At the conference meet, CBA notched six top-three finishes in five different events to pull away from the pack. The Colts were 16 points better than second place Manchester Township to win a 27th overall conference championship.

Junior Jack Falkowski won the 1600 meter by over one full second, with sophomore Alex Mastroly finishing in third.

Senior Nick Sullivan added another victory in the 3200 meter, winning by nearly three seconds over his second place competitor.

Senior Aidan MacManus (third, 400m), senior Kam Coleman (third, 55m hurdles), and CBA's 4x400 relay (third) rounded out the top finishes for the Colts.

A week earlier at the Monmouth County meet, Christian Brothers had four individual winners to win by 38 points over second place Rumson-Fair Haven. It is the 31st county championship for CBA's indoor program.

Falkowski (800m), Sullivan (1600m), Coleman (55m hurdles), and senior Zach Shroba (3200m) were the CBA's Monmouth County winners. There were five more top-three finishes for the Colts to round out the victory.

CBA will now prepare for the Non-Public A State Championship on February 17 at the Bennett Complex in Toms River.
